When test call to oversea from AS5400 facing to Custonmer, we are still cannot get thru, we hear the modem tone. On the debug file u can see the Transfer Capability is 3.2 khz audio INSTEAD speech.

You could try this command to fix this issue (I found this note on one of the RNE)

|(config-if)#isdn outgoing-voice info-transfer-capability ?

|3.1kHz-audio Set information transfer capability to 3.1kHz-audio.

|speech Set information transfer capability to speech, or Use NTT protocol which will always use 3.1Khz in the bearer cap.
