without the chance of having the voice packets dropped by the be? All of the traffic shaping techniques involve containing ALL traffic to the CIR. Just wondering if I can burst the data traffic while leaving the voice without the possibility of bursting or getting dropped and yes, I understand that you can get two PVC's but this is all on one PVC.

What I read from the above is that traffic bounces between the minCIR and the CIR. Use minCIR when voice is being transmitted and use CIR when it is not. I'm missing something. How are we getting to the port speed?
Set the minCIR to the provider's CIR and the CIR to the Port Speed? Gotta be problems with that.
