Hello,
I have 2 Web Attendants installed with the CallManager 3.12c. The Problem is: The Customer want Forward all Calls to a Voice Mail System (or an other Number) if both Web Attendant users are logged out. If i forward all Calls to the Voice Mail System and deactivate the Call Forward on the IP Phone on next day, all calls will be forwarded to the second Web Attendant although the first Web Attendant user is logged on.
After a Restart and Update of the Phone, the Phone works correctly.
How can i solve this Problem ?
