Solved: web attendant / attendant console ?

Can somebody tell me what the difference is between the web attendant and the attendant console.

Attendant Console is the new and improved Webattendant. It is resommended to upgrade to AC if you meet the minimum requirements here:

You will notice after upgrading that it looks pretty much the same and that the CallManager plugin is still called Webattendant. This is done to keep backward compatibility.
