Webex participants can not hear the audio on the mp4 video I share

Hi

 

I tried to share a mp4 video through "Applications" , but the Webex participants could not hear any sound and the video was choppy/lagging.

 

How could you fix these two issues: 1) no sound and 2) choppy video. I really hope that there is some way participants can enjoy a video I want to share.
