There have been a couple instances reported where the Host creates a WebEx Meeting in the Outlook Calendar, and Sends to the Participants; when the Host opens the Meeting from their Calendar, instead of the WebEx info. being present in the body, the word “Dummy” is there (see sample below). The Participants receive the WebEx invite and meeting info. just fine. It’s only the Host who sees the word “Dummy”.
In this instance, the host will NOT have the WebEx Meeting Link, and thus will not be able to start the Meeting from the Outlook Calendar. The host will need to access WebEx from the Website.
1. In Outlook, click the bottom portion of the Schedule Meeting button, and choose Go to WebEx Site. Please note: You can also right click on the WebEx Assistant in the Tray, and choose Go to WebEx Site.
2. From the WebEx site, click Sign In.
3. From the WebEx Home Page, locate the meeting on the WebEx Calendar, click Start.

Please, is there any type of resolution for this issue yet?

Hi,
I constat the same problem when the hosts write some text before the Webex settings and before the sending of mail.
For me, if the hosts don't write anything, all information appear.
