Webex - Telepresence integration (CMR Hbrid) and productivity tools

When Webex is integrated with Telepresence: CMR Hybrid the Webex Productivity tool also includes Telepresence reservation options.

For example on the Webex Outlook plugin.

At what point this updated productivity tool with Telepresence functionality becomes available in the Webex Download center?

Is there a way to see the presence of the Telepresence option in the downloaded tool without installing it?

I'm not sure about downloading it, my guess would be that WebEx Productivity Tools might already have that feature within it's application, but hidden unless your WebEx site is provisioned for CMR Hybrid.  In order to access WebEx Producitivity Tools and it's scheudling featues, you'll have to download and install it on your computer, there is no portable option where you can run it without installing.
