When off-hook, not able to dial internal extension

Hi,

When doing the following steps:

1. Select Directories button on the ip phone

2. Select Corporate Directory

3. Scroll to a contact with an internal extension

4. Select Dial in order to dial the contact

When the phone is on-hook: it works

When the phone is off-hook before doing above steps: it does not work, a busy tone is triggered. The selected extension does not even bump up after pushing Dial.

CCM version 4.1.3

OS version 2000.7.SR2

IP phone 7940 /w firmware 7.1(2.0) - sscp

Please check whether you have any empty Translation Rule or Route Pattern.
