Just downloaded the IOS 12.2(2)XT providing IOS Telephony Service version 2.0 and it works great. Many more features than the basic IP Keyswitch. Unfortunately though, the instructions say to download the HTML files in order to do HTML configuration of the telephony services ... but I can't find them anywhere!
Usually there's a hotlink to the appropriate Software Center page with a comment like that. Have you emailed bug-doc@cisco.com to let them know of your dilemma? They can contact the author of the document who can get you the information.
