Where can i get Cisco CRS Design Guide ?

Many web pages refer to a Cisco CRS Design Guide. Where can i get the same ? If not, are there any equivalent documents that talk about design aspects of using multiple IPIVRs in a IPCC environment ?

Thanks Rick. That was a useful set of documents. The one that i was looking for, however, is a design document that talks about sharing repository profile in 3.0. Possible designs for reducndant IVRs and load-balancing IVR setups etc. Have u come across discussions on these anywhere ?
