It depends on your budget and medium and its bandwidth and if you are going to make any media transfer. Cisco has several switches, from SMB (Small Business), Catalyst and Nexus.

SMB and Catalyst PoE switches can be used for your cameras. Just check the Cameras power requirements, it usually required around 5 to 10 Watts.

Check with the camera manufacturers.
A lot of manufacturers, particularly the cheap-and-nasty varieties, do not support any other VLANs other than VLAN 1 (among other things).
And it is also a good idea to ensure the video surveillance network is completely isolated, aka "air gapped", because of poor coding.
