Which things does one need to config on ea. node of a cluster?

Hi,

When there's a cluster of CallManager's, it appears that some items such as service parameters need to be set on each node of the cluster. Are service parameters the only things which should be configured on each node or are there many other settings which also need to be set on each node of a cluster. Also, for those settings which only need to be entered once, do they need to be entered on the publisher or can they be entered on any node in the cluster? Also, is there any place in any of the CM documentation or on TAC where this is directly addressed?
