Windows Time Service set to Manual

All of the installed CM servers it our environment have the Windows Time service set to manual and it is not running. Obviously this was done on purpose with the CM install of the OS. Does anyone out there know why this was done and if problems would result if it was enabled?

Not sure why your CM servers were setup with time service turned off... matter of preference from the person that set up your network. Here is a link on how to configure NTP on CM:
