XML Application for Time punch-in/out

Does any know of a good XML application that would work on CCM 4.0 and allow time punch-in/out and reporting?

PhoneTop has a product called PhoneTop K-12 - which allows teachers to take attendance on IP phones. One of its module is called "Time Keeping", which allows them o sign in/out.
