the flash memory  at 71% full and o upgrade to latest code level.

Hardware
  cisco MDS 9513 (13 Slot) Chassis ("Supervisor/Fabric-2a")
  Motorola, 7447A, altivec  with 2071288 kB of memory.
  Processor Board ID JAF1616AMSE

what needs to be done to insure there is enough space to upgrade this switch.
