I'm currently converting from an IBM server to a Cisco C240M3, (2) 2697 v2 CPU's, 128G Memory, BIOS 1.5.3b.0..... (all new from Cisco, just setting it up)
ESXi is installed on both machines and is working, as is vCenter for both.
When I try to copy my appliances from the IBM to the C240, I get the errors shown on the attachment. The only advice VMWare has is 'see your system provider'
I looked in the BIOS, searched on Cisco.com and the internet and did not find any information about enabling AES SSE (or having them shown to the OS underneath). I did look at the specs for the 2697 v2 processors and they support everything they seem to need.
Is there a BIOS option to specifically enable the options I need that were on the IBM server such that I can just copy my appliances from the IBM to the Cisco? This is what I have done in the past and it saves a ton of time.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
