I have a Nexus 7000 , I have mis-configured a snmp user.
In the admin vdc I cannot enter a new user after deleting the snmp-user , in other vdcs I cannot delete the snmp-user.
Any clue would be welcome , any reference to documentation that is relevant would put you on my Christmas card list.

Greetings.
Are you getting any errors interactively when running the no user command? (or any in the logging log)?
You may need to turn up debug temporarily (i.e. debug snmp all), and see if you get some more info.
There are a couple of MDS related snmp bugs involving invalid engine ID, but not sure if any relation to your N7K current issue.
Thanks,
Kirk...

Thank you Kirk for responding, this was a long time ago and whatever problem I was having has since paled into insignificance (the N7K has been something of a nightmare).
All now seems fine and my world is a happy place - until I open my big gob.
Oh dear ..........
