I have a 9506 with a Nema 6-20 end connector. My data center provider would like to use a different pwr cord with a c-19 end to utilize a standard PDU connection. Is this advisable? Any possible repercussions?
The only caveat I can think of would be to make sure the new power cable is rated to the appropriate voltage/amperage. It should be a pretty thick cord. I looked around on the net and 220v/20A cables are available.
