Dear All,
We have Cisco UCS B200 M3 servers and Chassis we would like to upgrade firmware from current version to latest version on entire Chassis ( FC , IO Module. Etc ) what are the steps we will followup ? and we have Cisco SSPT contract can i create case through SSPT ? will they help us ?
