I found an internal bug that shows the similar error mesg.
From the information of the bug, it does not seem to have functional impact on the box.

Mizhang, do you have the bugID or is an internal Bug from cisco without id? Could you post the explanation about the isuue?

The bugID is CSCta09123/KERN-3-SYSTEM_MSG: e1000: eth0: e1000_clean_tx_irq: Detected Tx Unit Hang
DE is working on this one. From the initial analysis, it seems to be related to mgmt 0.
Feel free to open a TAC case to track it.
