I'm trying to configure Rule-Based SPAN on N7K (NX-OS 6.2(12), N7K-SUP2E supervisor, N7K-F248XP-25E linceard).
I want to filter traffic, that is to mirror only specific traffic (match specific source and destination IPv4 addresses), and forward everything else.
The following guide Cisco_Nexus_7000_Series_NX-OS_System_Management_Configuration_Guide
describes how to create filters and filter-lists to achieve granular filtering, but these commands don't seem to be supported:
When I get in the configuration mode, type "monitor" and then hit "?" the only options I get are "erspan" and "session".
I also tried under the monitor session configuration.
I couldn't find any special prerequisites, such as licensing or features, or special commands that need to be enabled in global configuration/default vDC or anything similar.
