Nexus 4000 crashes afer making the mtu of default class to 9000

Hello,

I am trying to make the mtu 9000 of a Nexus 4000, after making the below commands the nexus crashes:

system qos

  service-policy type network-qos jumbo

Nexus4000(config)# policy-map type network-qos jumbo
Nexus4000(config-pmap-nq)# class type network-qos class-default
Nexus4000(config-pmap-nq-c)# mtu 9000

The switch reloads immediately

Also another problem, i cant remove the service policy from the system qos.

Hello, i found it that it was the problem of the IOS.

I have another issue, the nexus4000 receives jumbot but doesnt send jumbo.

Can anybody know the reason?
