I am investigating whether I can carve TCAM on a pair of Nexus 9396-PX switches to reclaim a slice from the RACL region and leverage it for another purpose. RACL is populated by default in this platform.
My question is this - utilization is minimal and I cannot identify anywhere in configuration where I am using a router acl. Why is this showing utilization? Though it would probably just throw an error, I am apprehensive about attempting to set this region to zero without some additional insight.
Without explicitly using router acls, what would the switch need to use this region for that would result in the minimal utilization I see in the following (abridged) output?
