OTV slowness between 2 sites

We have Standard uni-cast OTV setup over IP-MPLS.

OTV speed was good from DR to DC but was slow from DC to DR.

 

Suddenly after break the adjacency and made the setup one to one ASR1002 by disabling Join interface on one of ASRs on Each site, speed became good from DC to DR  and Slow from DR to DC!!

 

We used iperf for all tests.

 

Any Thoughts?

After investigation, I figured out that the maximum bandwidth on the 10G link to 3.6Gbps.

it is 3.55Gbps from one side (DC) and about 500Mbps from the other side (DR).Never became equal from both sides.
