HI all,
How can I enable SSH in nexus 5K.And also I want to disable telnet.

If SSH server is not already enabled (default), you can re-configure using the steps here:

look under Configuring SSH.
To disable Telnet:
no feature telnet
to verify what service is running:
show telnet server
show ssh server
