UCS Blade Failure re-acknowledge Slot

Hi

I hava a problem about UCS Blade re-acknowledging.

I had the problem blade to decommission, and replace the same model blade.

But when I insert the Blade, but it still show Needs Resoulation

And I Click e-acknowledge , it show "failure reacknowledge Slot x. Cause child mgmtcontroller [sys/chassis-x/blade-x/mgmt|mgmt](0xa794e08a)

 of computrBlade [sys/chassis-x/blade-x] is already attached [sys/chassis-x/blade-x/mgmt|mgmt|0xa794e08a]..

If anyone had encountered the same problem ?

I have same problem.

I replace motherboard of blade , and re insert to same slot.

but I can't re-acknowledge the blade , can't get blade online .
