Hi,
I am not sure if anyone else has experienced the same issues but I am seeing the domain box on the logon screen greyed out.
UCS Central 1.2(1f)
I can however login using Active Directory credentials via SSH and by manually typing in the credentials as below:
Username: ucs-DOMAIN\Username
Thanks in advance for your help

I have also ran this procedure today and it worked
1) Shutdown Primary Node (Node A)
connect local-mgmt
shutdown
2) Force Primary to Node B
show cluster extended-state
Wait for cluster to recognise Node A is down
cluster force primary
3) Power on Node A
4) Shutdown Node B
connect local-mgmt
shutdown
5) Force Primary to Node A
show cluster extended-state
Wait for cluster to recognise Node B is down
cluster force primary
6) Power on Node B
Do 1 last final check on the cluster state
show cluster extended-state

I think I have resolved this issue. I only posted the question today and have been looking at it on and off for a couple of weeks. Turns out that I had to do the following procedure and it fixed the issue:
1) Shutdown Primary Node (Node A)
connect local-mgmt shutdown
2) Force Primary to Node B
show cluster extended-state
Wait for cluster to recognise Node A is down
cluster force primary
3) Power on Node A
4) Shutdown Node B
connect local-mgmt shutdown
5) Force Primary to Node A
show cluster extended-state
Wait for cluster to recognise Node B is down
cluster force primary
6) Power on Node B

Turns out this also happens if you replace your LDAP providers with new ones and delete the old ones

Once this had been completed, the login box was greyed out again. This issue was also on UCS Central 1.2(1f)
