Hi,
I need to connect two datacenters over two ( layer 3) 10gig links .OTV will be implemented to extend layer 2 VLANs between datacenters at agg layer(in otv VDC).
We also have need to run IBGP between two datacenters at core layer (in Core VDC).
My question is ,
1- can we extend vlan from core VDC to OTV VDC and the run ibgp between two datacenters?
2- Can vPC peer links between two agg layer Nexus be run over two one gig links or for vPC between two nexs we need 10gig links?
Regards.

Hi,
If you OTV is configured on a separate VDC in the aggregation layer then you will also be able to run iBGP between your data centres from the core VDCs.
All vPC peer links have to be 10gig ports, however the peer keep alive link can use 1gig ports.

I don't see any good reason to run iBGP over OTV. BGP is TCP based and it can go through multiple hops if there is IGP reachability.
Tim is correct on the 2nd question, Peer Link has to be 10GE interfaces.
