Hi All
I ran into an anomaly prepping NXOS based hardware for an upgrade.
The build consists of 4 vPC pairs. Two Nexus 9336C-FX2's, two Nexus 9364C-GX's, and four Nexus 93180YC-FX3's.
As far as the vPC configuration is concerned, I have the same config that is deployed on all the switches. These seem to function without issue on all the switches except for the N9364C-GX's. Both the peerlink and keepalive remains down.
Any advice?
Regards

Hello @Kobus Raath
On N9364C-GX, this is a virtual peer-link ?
What about keepalive? via Mgmt port or not ?
Please share:
#show vpc brief
#show vpc peer-keepalive
#show run vpc

Morning M02@rt37
Thanks for the response. No, this is not virtual peerlink and I don't use the Mgnt int for that as the two switches are physically far apart (about 400m).
I am not physically in my office today and cannot provide the show outputs, but below is the relevant configurations. The interfaces appear co come up (up/up) but do not seem to transfer data. For instance, I am not able to ping the adjacent keepalive IP on the directed connected interface.
vpc domain 1
peer-keepalive destination 1.1.1.1 source 1.1.1.2 vrf keepalive
interface Ethernet1/62
description vPC-Keepalive L3 Link
no switchport
vrf member keepalive
ip address 1.1.1.1/30
no shutdown
interface Ethernet1/63-64
description vPC-Peer Link
switchport
switchport mode trunk
channel-group 1 mode active
no shutdown
interface port-channel1
description L2_vPC_PeerLink
vpc peer-link
