We are thinking about to install two 3560s with 1000 Base - ZX SPF to drive a long haul circuit which is about 20 miles. Anyone can give some comments and share some experience about it? Thanks so much.

20 miles is well within the distance specification for a ZX. For wave length 1550nm and with fiber type SMF with core size 8.3/9/10 micron the maximum distance is43.5 miles (70 km) >> (The minimum link distance for ZX GBICs is 6.2 miles (10 km) with an 8-dB attenuator installed at each end of the link. Without attenuators, the minimum link distance is 24.9 miles (40 km)) and 62.1 miles (100 km) with Dispersion-shifted single-mode fiber-optic cable.
