I have got 1841. By default it has got only 2 FE port. One for WAN and other for LAN. So we got HWIC-4ESW.
Is there any problem in setting up the DMZ setup in 1841?

You could do this, provided you have the firewall-IOS running. You will lack some security features when you are running the standard IP software.

I have got C1800NM-ADVSECURITYK9-M, version 12.3(14)T IOS. I think this ok.
