1924 upgrade (help)

Hi,

I have 2 1924s with standard edition software but would like to upgrade to the enterprise edition as i believe that i will then have access to the command line interface and can also set up vlans(is this true?).

Can anybody help with locating a cheep way to upgrade as the price I have been quoted is £190.
