2600 Security

This may sound dumb but... I have a Cisco 2600 and need to do some filtering of ports and IP addresses. Not really sure what the command is to do this. I can telnet to the router and have all the right passwords but need to know how to set this.

Any help would be great.

Create an access-list and apply it to the interface you want to filter. Sample of access-list config can be found on Cisco's webpage.
