2610 doesn't recognize NM-2E2W module

I have a 2610 and was using an NM-2V module with voice cards and the corresponding IOS. I put an NM-2E2W module in it and now it doesn't recongnize the module. Is it the IOS? And, if so, what IOS do I need for this? Right now, I have a js-mz 12.08 in there, which is for voice. Any ideas?

It's not the IOS, it's the router. This module is not supported on the 2600, 2600XM, 2691, 3631, and 3700 series router:
