2620 low memory messages

We are getting traps that say memory is below 25% on this 2620 . It is running ios version 12.2.26 ip plus code . It has 48 meg DRAM and 16 meg flash . Nothing showing up in logs on the router as a problem .

I tried playing around with the IO mem size where it is set at 25% currently but we are still getting this error . Should i try allocating more IO mem ? I have run the show proc mem output thru the "output interpreter" and it doesn't find any problems . This box is only running 1 fast ether and 1 serial line with very little traffic on it . IT has been reloaded to no avail . Any input ????

I don't see anything strange. Did you receive this message from Ciscoworks ?

the traps are being sent to our alert tool . I'm thinking that the 12.2.26 image may just be taking up too much memory though the box meets "minimum" requirements for this release. I may downlevel it to the latest 12.1 GD release which is 12.1.25 I believe and the requirements are a little less at it only needs 40 meg DRAM .
