Catalyst C2924M-XL switch supports WS-X2951-XL ATM Module.

It also supports ISL links.

Does it support bridging between PVC (corporate campus ATM network) and VLAN (which uses ISL)?

The c2924M-XL-EN supports ISL trunking on its ethernet ports. For the ATM side, you can use the 2951 module, create the appropriate PVCs and map each PVC to a specific VLAN.
