I have a 2924mxl with ATM uplinks. I am not able to download the configurations into Device Configuration Manager. is there any special config required on the device or in CW2000 r5 I need to do?

So are you saying that even though you've added this switch in the RME inventory, RME is not pulling it's config?. Even if you try to do an Update Archive manually?

Is this switch showing up with the correct switch iocn in the RME inventory and not as a Generic SNMP device?. Other than that, you may need to contact TAC who can assist you with turning on the debugs for ConfigArchive to see why/where it's failing.

it does get the config for the 2900 but not the ATM interfaces.
