I want to konw if it is possible to bridge Ipx and routing Ip with different bridge group and bvi.

This will not be possible. You cannot have an interface in multiple bridge-groups
cs-c2948gl3-13a(config)#int fastEthernet 1
cs-c2948gl3-13a(config-if)#bridge-group 10
Interface already configured within Bridge Group 40.
