3524 pwr

I have a 3524 pwr switch running ios ver 12.0(5)WC3b and at random the status lights will go all green on every port on the switch and I cannot telnet or console into the switch and of coarse everything stops working that is connected to the switch. I power cycle the switch and it start working again. Cannot tell what is causing this to happen. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please check if the switch is rebooting at that moment. You can check when the last reboot was through the sh version command.

If this is the case, you might have a hardware failure.

Check the config and/or perform an upgrade if you can. If the problem persists, you can be certain that it is hardware.
