3750 - Didirectional & Unidirectional

I would like to know if i can use the 3750 as a transmitter only (Tx up & Rx down).

If yes, how can i do ?

Can you throw some lite on wht kinda feature,the topology u want to have it configured and the purpose which it gonna serve by doing that?
