Can a 4006, with a Sup-III, running 12.1 IOS, bridge between it's Vlan's? If it can, how?

No it cannot do bridging. If you are looking for IPX and Appletalk support, we will be releasing an IOS release which supports routing of IPX and Appletalk next week

It means, Supervisor III will NEVER bridge sna traffic ?

Sup3 hardware is not designed to do bridging. I do not see it on the roadmap
What we want (need) to do is bridge LAT and DEC DDP traffic between Vlan's. So I guess it's time to trade-in the brand-new switch. Wow!!!!
