Is a 4500M series router packed with a NP-1FE and NP-1HSSI interfaces and 32 megs of ram good enough to route a DS-3 to my ISP?? Will I have performance problems?

Depends, Static routing it should be fine. Running full bgp, thats another story

I would never attempt BGP with 32 megs of ram. ;)
