If I have WS-X4516 and WS-X4516-10GE in 4507R, can they become redundant? Looks according to CCO, two sups have to be identical, can we consider this as identical?
These two switches are not identical, they have different switching capacity, throughput, different CPU cycle. So, all in all they are not identical and therefore should not be in the same switch.
