827-4v and SIP

I have one ata186 and one 827-4v, I can connect the voice gateway by ata186, because there is a TextBox that I can enter the username and password.

but for 827-4v, where I can enter the username/password to connect the voice gateway by SIP. VPDN? Dialer?

At present SIP gateways do not support authentication, and therefore cannot respond to authentication requests for Register messages.

You can expect this feature included in coming IOS releases. Till then you can use access lists to restict access to your gateways. That is basically allowing the IP, TCP, and UDP connections from gateways that you want to allow.
