My question is whether the slot1 and slot2 of 7609 can support OSM module or other line card when 7609 is configured with two sup720 in slot5 and slot6.

because the document said that slot1 and slot2 are reserved for super engine 2. Pls help me!!!

Yes.. You can use any otherline card in slot 1/2 if you are using Sup720 in slot5/6
