About Cisco Works 2000

I have a problem about ciscoworks 2000. In device support list (ANI Sever),I can not see the device that I had installed the 3550 Switch package in device mananger. In other word, I just see the see the 3550 Switch as unknown device in Topology Services.

What is the version of Campus Manager (CM) that you're using?. Have you installed the latest IDU for CM from: http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/cw2000-campus

The version of Campus Manager is 3.1

Campus Manager 3.1 does not support Cat3550 per:

Support for this was added only from CM 3.2 and later. If you have a SAU contract covering the upgrade, you should order the upgrade for the latest CM 3.3 version via: http://tools.cisco.com/gct/Upgrade/jsp/index.jsp

I'm also having a similar problem with the cat3550 and 2600 rtr.

I'm running CM 3.1.

I'm looking to upgrade to CM 3.3 version.

Is there any other software that has to be installed

before this?

Any information would be helpful.
