This is not a particularly meaningful question for a 3550 switch. Either this switch does L2, in which case it looks at MAC address, or it does L3, in which case it looks at IP address, or a combination. In all cases, it knows nothing about sessions.
You may find it meaningful to ask about packets per second or bits per second through the switch.
