I tried to reset the console baud rate.I only found a four-pin jumper block on motherboard,but it looks different from the picture shown in the cisco.com(http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/701/59.html)
Could you tell me how to set the jumper?

Its definately on mine (2610), keep looking!
You should see 3 pins and then two pins, probably without a jumper block on them.
As mentioned i had to borrow a jumper block from a HDD. If you have to borrow one, once you have put the jumper block on to the pins and tested connecting to the router, you can then remove the jumper block as this process resets the baud rate and doesn't require the jumper block permanently.

I couldn't found 3 pins and 2 pins,but the 4 pins!I've got four 2611xm router,and i dismantled two.I also found the motherboard is different from the document!I had borrow a jumper block from the CD-ROM,and tried any possible combinations,but i still cannot connect the router with 9600 baud rate!How could i reset the router to its factory default settings?
