Access Rules on Cisco 3550

I am trying to create some simple access rules to allow packets into a port, but whenever I activate them everything gets dropped. Can someone take a look at this and tell me what I am doing wrong.

Allow IPs .100 - .139, .160 - .163

Allow IP 192.168.168.100 0.0.0.192

Allow IP 192.168.168.104 0.0.0.224

Allow IP 192.168.168.112 0.0.0.240

Allow IP 192.168.168.128 0.0.0.224

Allow IP 192.168.168.136 0.0.0.192

Allow IP 192.168.168.160 0.0.0.192

May be you should try replaceing your masks with the given masks.

0.0.0.192 0.0.0.3

0.0.0.224 0.0.0.7

0.0.0.240 0.0.0.15

0.0.0.224 0.0.0.7

0.0.0.192 0.0.0.3

0.0.0.192 0.0.0.3
