Access to CW2000/QPM via apache proxy

Has anyone have an apache 1.3 sample config to enable us to access our CW2000 and QPM via the apache proxy function?

But I have QPM working. What I need now is to be able to access it from "outside" via another www server running apache and using that servers proxy module.
